Our Story: The Equilibrium Institute of South Africa (TEISA)

The Equilibrium Institute of South Africa (TEISA) is a consultancy and research advisory organisation founded in 2021 and dedicated to building the institutional capacity of public and private sector institutions the socio-economic development challenges facing our country through evidence-based approaches to Institutional Planning, Data-driven Research, Evaluations and Policy Analysis.

Founded to address the complexities of public sector challenges, our journey began with a vision of fostering collaboration and partnership between the public sector, private sector and civil society to enhance institutional capacity, governance and responsive service delivery.

Undertake research and evaluations to inform the conceptualisation and design of programmes, document lessons and challenges learned and also use data as part of context monitoring for programme and project effectiveness.
