Public Sector Institutions

Evidence-based Strategic Planning: We provide advisory and strengthen institutional capacity through evidence-based and results-oriented Strategic Planning for your programmes and programme interventions by your institutions. We conduct context and situational analysis for your institutions as part of your strategic planning processes. We provide technical support in developing evidence-based Theory of Change, Logical Framework with SMART indicators and targets for reporting and audit purposes.
Qualitative and Quantitative Research: We conduct research to respond to your institutional needs.
Evaluations of Public Programmes and Projects: We performance and impact evaluations of your institutions’ programmes and projects to assess whether your institution achieved what it intended to achieve and whether your programmes or projects achieved the impact it intended through its interventions.
Policy Analysis and Advisory: We provide public policy analysis and we have a specialized unit offering China-Africa relations in areas of the developmental impact of trade, foreign direct investments, foreign portfolio investments and grants in Africa.

Private Sector Institutions (including Independent Power Producers - IPPs)

Evidence-based and data-driven approaches to community development: We help your institution create data-driven, community-responsive solutions to your corporate responsibility and socio-economic development programmes.
Co-create and co-design socio-economic development programmes: We build capacity on how to co-design and co-create Socio-Economic Development Programmes with Beneficiaries, especially concerning the socio-economic development plans by IPPs.
Impact Assessments and Programme Evaluations: We use qualitative and quantitative approaches to evaluations to assess the development outcomes of your institution’s socio-economic development programmes.

Public-Private Sector and Civil Society Collaboration and Learning

Facilitated Collaboration: We facilitate knowledge sharing, exchange and partnerships between the public sector, private sector and civil society organisations for impactful design and implementation of development programmes.
